My training programs cater to both men and women who are focused on improving their overall strength, power, stamina and endurance.  My approach to strength and conditioning can be applied to athletes looking to improve their performance, as well as ANY individual ready to lock-in and improve their overall fitness.

I'm All In With My Clients

My personal training clients are people READY to make a real change in their habits.  I have experience working with teen athletes, high school, college, pro, and retired athletes.  This is a group that has put their body to the test through sport, and are likely recovering from a variety of injuries.  The bulk of my clients are 35 to 65 years old with injuries.  I specialize with clients in this age group because I, too, know what it is like when your body is changing and the exercises that used to yield results no longer do.   You are busy with work, and doing the best you can to spend time with family and friends, so finding time to exercise and get real results can be a challenge.  This is where I come in with in-person and online training programs that take the guesswork out of your routine.  I structure training programs for both men and women.  If you have injuries or limitations, I can help you and we will review your goals and health history together.  In order to enroll in my proven training programs, you must have membership access to your local gym with standard cardio and strength training equipment.  My program will require you to strength train at your local gym 3x per week for 45-50 minutes.  You are committing to a 3-month accountability program that focuses on real results.  I provide clear instruction and video demonstrations to go along with your customized online workouts.  I'm constantly checking in with my clients to keep them on track, answer their questions, and remind them that consistency yields results.  

Active Lifestyle

My approach to strength training starts with forging a strong capable body that enhances your lifestyle.  If your body is currently keeping you from doing what you love or preventing you from enjoying new experiences, that is a problem. Your body should not keep you from doing anything.   A well-rounded customized training program is your solution.  I provide accountability, structure, guidance, and am an expert on health and fitness.  Personally, I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, playing sports, camping, yoga, swimming, and traveling with my wife.  I am a very active person myself and feel fantastic when friends ask me to help them move furniture, invite me over to swim or go for a group hike.  It feels good when your body can do it.  I want that feeling for all of my clients.  Being able-bodied is not just a blessing, it's also a life long lifestyle commitment to yourself.  Together, let's focus on your strength and stamina so you don't miss out on all that life has to offer.  Your future self will thank you.  Before we get started, ask yourself this question: "What could I do with a stronger body?"

Fitness and Nutrition Programs

From strength training and conditioning to  nutrition planning, I offer programs that cater to different fitness levels and training methods.  I will customize your plan to your body and goals, so there is a clear roadmap for everyone here.  You will not receive generic cookie-cutter workouts.   Everything is customized with me and I approach your plan with a critical path.  I may have you focused on traditional strength training, or perhaps hypertrophy.  My team may recommend you have a big full breakfast, or perhaps fasting in the morning.  I work with a registered dietician and nutritionist that you will have access to should you choose nutrition planning.  We will talk about your food allergies, alcohol consumption, sugar intake, and discuss sleep pattern in order to come up with a gameplan that will get you real results.  This will require you to be honest with your habits, but it will be worth it and we will have some fun!  You will be expected to document our journey training together with 30-Day weigh-in's, progress pictures, and body fat percentage testing to measure real results.  You may select the strength and conditioning program, or you may choose the nutrition plan.  I encourage clients to bundle both for the best results while saving money.
